Had a great drive through Colorado last week. The NatGasCar Ram handled the high elevation (Monarch pass 11312 feet!) and even the low temps, it was 18F!

Finished the drive off by stopping in Grand Junction and fueling up at Monument Clean Fuels. Great place to stop if you are on the Western Slope.

We here at NatGasCar know these things have a bit of a reputation as the transportation of choice for soccer moms and dads everywhere. Nevertheless, a vehicle running this well on CNG is exciting whether it is headed to a soccer practice or not!

And that is not just a sticker… Roomy enough so that the NatGasCar crew could go out to lunch today and do it burning clean, domestic natural gas in our 2011 Dodge 3.6L Caravan. Running very smoothly on CNG, it will not be long until you will be able to get your hands on one of these. NatGasCar is very excited about our newest development and send big congrats to Art and Carlin for getting the 3.6L out there on the road! Thanks for the hard work crew!

NatGasCar is making room for the new 2012′s! (I like to sound like a car commercial), but seriously, we are ready to retire one of our own fleet vehicles to add a newer one to the mix. The 2010 Dodge standard cab is a great rig with a 21.4GGE Type IV Lincoln Composite cylinder, full tool box cover and of course the NatGasCar CNG system. This vehicle has apx 39000 miles on it most of which are highway and CNG. XM/Sirius radio/CD, all the goods to keep you entertained while you are burning inexpensive, clean, domestic fuel!$19,000 and it will arrive with a full tank of CNG! Our friends at Ariel Compressors took the NatGasCar Dodge out to the local Mt. Vernon car show the other night. Completely outfitted with Ariel stickers and CNG running the engine, the Ram held its own along with some old favorites.

The Colorado Oil and Gas Association held its annual show this past week in Denver, CO. We were very proud to be there as a guest of Johnson Auto Plaza, and could not get over the amount of attendees that were so interested and proactive in the CNG world. Made come great connections at the show and we are looking forward to getting some more NatGasCar trucks out on the road. Can’t say enough great things about that show or the staff at Johnson Auto. Be sure to head over there and test drive the Dodge 4.7l CNG that is currently on the Johnson campus.
